Moving home

What makes people move?
Not so long ago it wasn´t unusual to move only once or twice in your life, but today the average person moves more often. The reasons for moving home are different, some of them are positive but others may be traumatic.
As time passes, and people start a family, have children, have a job relocation or acquire more stuff, there´s a need to spread out. In some occasions, there´s no need of room, but it´s only that people want a change, a bigger, or a newer flat or house.

However, downsizing is sometimes an option to move when a couple split up, kids have flown the nest, in case of retirement or when physical capabilities change.
Of course, in all cases moving should be affordable, especially if you find difficult to make ends meet.
Talking about the young, the reasons vary. After having been living on their own, graduating or working for a few years and being made redundant, many youngsters move back their parents´ home for financial reasons, as now finding a job can be difficult and coping with a rent impossible.
