Difficulties with Irregular Verbs?

   Most language students know that English Irregular Verbs do not follow the regular patterns that a lot of other verbs follow.
In English, regular verbs consist of three main parts:the root form (present), the simple past, and the past participle. Regular verbs have an -ed ending added to the root verb for both the simple past and past participle.
The difficulty found with irregular verbs, is that the past tense and past participle forms are extremely difficult to predict, so we must memorize them.
